Work on the body, voice, characters, and human relationships will always be guided toward the actor’s awareness on stage, the pursuit of playfulness, and well-being during performance.
More than just a mindfulness workshop, this is an immersive theatre course that will conclude with a public performance on the CAP10100 stage.
The workshop is led by Emiliano Ippolito. Holding a three-year diploma in Theatre Improvisation and a two-year diploma in Stand-Up Comedy and comic writing, since 2024 he has been the theatre director of CAP10100, where he curates and hosts the series “DISSPENSER – science communication meets Stand-Up Comedy.”

The course will be entirely in English.
It begins in October and ends in December 2026 with a final theatrical performance on the CAP10100 stage. Classes will take place every Monday from 6:00 PM to 20:00 PM (with occasional exceptions).
